SlumberSpark is an AI-powered bedtime story generator that creates personalized, age-appropriate stories for children. Our Service includes:

• Generation of personalized bedtime stories using artificial intelligence
• Audio narration of stories using AI voice synthesis
• Child profile management for story personalization
• Story library and history features
• Optional premium subscription features

Our Service is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for children of all ages, with content automatically adapted to be age-appropriate.

Account Creation: To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your Rights: You retain rights to the personalized elements you provide (names, preferences). The generated stories are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Free Tier: SlumberSpark offers limited free story generation each month. Free features may change at our discretion.

Premium Subscription: Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, and content (excluding user-provided content), is owned by SlumberSpark and protected by intellectual property laws.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions: You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service to develop competing products

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLUMBERSPARK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Content generated by AI that does not meet your expectations

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
