You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Profile page. Click "Manage Subscription" to access your billing settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

We have robust duplicate charge prevention in place. If you see multiple charges, one might be a temporary authorization hold that will be released within 3-5 business days. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

Each story is uniquely generated by our AI! Even with the same settings, our AI creates original adventures every time. This means your child gets fresh, exciting stories with each creation. If you'd like consistency, check out our Quick Pick templates which offer more predictable story structures.

Our AI uses your child's name, age, and favorite things to craft stories perfect for them. The vocabulary, themes, and complexity automatically adjust based on their age. You can also select the story's tone (adventurous, calming, educational) and goal (helping them feel brave, calm, or ready for sleep).

Absolutely! Each story has a share button that creates a special link. Anyone with the link can read and listen to the story - perfect for sharing with grandparents or other family members. They don't need a SlumberSpark account to enjoy it!

If the audio isn't playing, try these steps:

• • Check if audio is still generating (look for the loading indicator)

• • If it says "Audio Error," click the regenerate button

When creating a story, you'll see a narrator selection step. Browse through our collection of narrators - each has a unique personality and voice style! You can preview samples before choosing. Premium members have access to additional character voices.

Premium narrator voices include fun character voices like Dragon Dusty, Princess Penelope, Pirate Pete, and more! These special narrators bring extra magic to bedtime with unique personalities and speaking styles that kids love. Premium members can access all narrator voices.

Audio generation typically takes 15-45 seconds depending on story length. Longer stories or high demand periods may take a bit more time. Premium members get priority audio generation! You can start reading the story text while the audio prepares in the background.

If a story's audio failed or is missing, open the story from your library and look for the "Regenerate Audio" button. Click it to create fresh audio. The new narration will be ready in a few moments. This doesn't count against your story limit!

Go to your Profile page and scroll down to "Child Profiles." Click "Add Child Profile" and enter their name, age, gender, and favorite themes. This information helps us personalize stories perfectly for your little one!

Yes! You can create profiles for all your children. Each profile stores their unique preferences, making it easy to quickly create personalized stories for each child. Free accounts can have up to 3 profiles; Premium accounts have unlimited profiles.

Visit your Profile page to update your email address. For password changes, you'll find the password section there as well. If you signed up with Google, you can add a password to enable email login too.

We're sorry to see you go! To delete your account, please contact our support team. We'll process your request and permanently delete all your data within 30 days. Note: If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first.
